Rheumatology & Clinical Immunology

The Division is responsible for the management of patients with various rheumatological and immunological disorders on both in- and out-patient basis. Acute in-patient service is provided at Queen Mary Hospital. Day cases for specialized procedures, biologics infusions, rehabilitation programmes and allergy testing are performed at the Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology Day Centre at Grantham Hospital.

There are also regular out-patient clinics dedicated to various rheumatological and immunological disorders at Queen Mary Hospital, Tung Wah Hospital and Grantham Hospital; as listed below.

As part of a holistic approach to chronic rheumatoid disorders, the Division is also heavily involved in patient and public education through the engagement with the Hong Kong Arthritis & Rheumatism Foundation, Community Rehabilitation Network, Hong Kong Allergy Association, Hong Kong Hereditary Angioedema Patient Group and various patient self-help groups.

Specialist Outpatient Clinics

The Specialist Outpatient Clinic at Queen Mary Hospital accepts appointments (with referral letters) for patients in the catchment area of the Hong Kong West Cluster. Non-HK residents will be charged appropriate fees set by the Hospital. There are NO walk-in services available, all cases are by appointment only.
